Insurance Information
Please be sure to bring your insurance card to your appointment, as we will need to make a copy for our records. If you are an existing patient, it is important that our records reflect your most current insurance information. Insurance plans may be added and removed throughout the year. We highly recommend you verify your coverage with our office or with your insurance company provider directory prior to your visit.
Copayments and Deductibles
All copayments are required at your time of service. We accept most traditional forms of payment, including cash, debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Metroplex Medical Centres will submit charges from your visit to your insurance carrier(s). Our billing department will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding high deductible payments, payment plans, or questions regarding a bill. You can contact our billing office at (214) 580-7277, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Patients are responsible at the time of service for co-pays or full payment if there is no insurance coverage for services rendered. Please notify us of any special requirements in your insurance plan.
